Welcome to Garnet Red Light. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and purchasers.

Use of Products

Garnet Red Light distributes professionally built light-based wellness devices intended for general wellness, recovery support, and non-medical applications. Our devices are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Products are intended for use in professional, commercial, or personal wellness environments where appropriate supervision, setup, and use practices are applied.

Order Acceptance and Billing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders may be reviewed for accuracy, product availability, or concerns related to fraud or misuse. Prices, product specifications, and availability may change without notice.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders ship from Canada. Shipping timelines may vary based on carrier, destination, product size, and external factors such as weather conditions.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment is accepted by the carrier.

Final Sale Policy

For regulatory, hygiene, and device traceability reasons, all sales are considered final once a device has been opened, assembled, powered on, or used. Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for full details.

Warranty

All Garnet Red Light devices include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use.

The warranty may cover issues such as manufacturing defects, electrical faults, LED failures not caused by misuse, power supply or internal component malfunction, and structural defects in the device housing.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, impact, improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, use of third-party accessories that cause damage, cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality, or damage caused by improper electrical connections or power surges.

To initiate a warranty review, please contact support@garnetredlight.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video demonstrating the concern. Garnet Red Light will provide troubleshooting support, replacement parts, or a replacement unit when appropriate.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garnet Red Light is not liable for damages arising from improper use, unauthorized repairs, misuse of devices, or failure to follow provided guidance. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
