Garnet Red Light distributes professionally built light-based wellness devices under a Canadian Medical Device Establishment Licence (MDEL).

Due to Health Canada requirements related to device traceability, hygiene, and controlled distribution, all devices must remain uncontaminated and unused once they leave our facility.

For regulatory and safety reasons, all sales are considered final once a device has been opened, assembled, powered on, or used. These items cannot be returned or restocked.

Returns for Defects or Shipping Damage

If your device arrives damaged or with a confirmed manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos or video documentation.

Our team will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide troubleshooting support, replacement parts, or a replacement unit in accordance with our warranty terms.

Incorrect Item Received

If an incorrect item was shipped, Garnet Red Light will correct the error and arrange return shipping at no cost to you.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, the sale becomes final.
