Garnet Red Light provides free standard shipping across Canada for all light-based wellness devices and accessories. Orders are shipped from our Canadian fulfillment location.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Time
Standard shipping within Canada generally takes 3 to 8 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions. Delivery timelines may vary due to holidays, weather disruptions, freight scheduling, or peak carrier periods.
Order Tracking
All shipments include tracking. Tracking details will be provided by email once the order is dispatched.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Garnet Red Light ships only within Canada. International shipping options may be added in the future.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the packaging and product. If a shipment is lost in transit, we will assist with the carrier investigation and arrange a replacement when appropriate.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund.
